Cross Country Success!

A team of enthusiastic cross-country runners from the Preparatory School took part in a competition at Thorpe House Langley School on Wednesday. Well done to everyone who competed in the very ‘bracing’ conditions. A special mention to Meredith Winship (6R) who came second in the Under 11s race.

Last Thursday the U12 netball team, which consisted of girls from Year 7 and Year 6, played a fixture at home against Sprowston High School. Netball Match Reports

Last Wednesday, our U13 and U11 netball teams went to compete at Taverham Hall School. The U13 girls played first, with Anna Allen as captain. U12s Badminton v Hethersett High Our U12s team played against Hethersett High last Wednesday, and all six girls played extremely well winning five of their games. HOHS girls are lifesavers!

Congratulations to the following senior school girls, who passed their Bronze Medallion life-saving qualification in the school pool on Sunday. Hannah Bacon, Yasi Cheshem-Panam,  Alice Handley-Howarth, Rebecca Hazell, Emily King, Cara Knox, Erica Nunney, Natasha Porter, Ailsa McKendrick and Katie Thurtle. The girls were observed by two assessors and received their certificates and medallions at the end of the day.
