Fees

We appreciate that investing in your child’s education is a big financial decision, particularly in the current economic climate; equally, we understand that fee levels can play a significant role when you are trying to differentiate between schools in the independent sector. At HOHS we aim to be as transparent as possible with our fees.

The table below enables you to see what is and isn’t included in our fees at a glance. Please note when making comparisons that our fees include many elements that are classed as additional chargeable ‘extras’ at other schools,  such as after-school care, supervised prep, lunches and some extra-curricular clubs and activities.

Bursaries and Fee Concessions

Bursaries are available for senior school girls. Bursaries are means tested and are dependent on family income. There are a limited amount of bursaries available.

We offer fee concessions for siblings, the children of service personnel who receive the MOD Continuity of Education allowance, clergy families (subject to means) and to any current fee payer who introduces a new pupil to the school (terms and conditions apply).

HOHS is also registered to receive the Department for Education’s Early Years Grants. This entitles 3 and 4 year olds who attend our Nursery and Reception classes to receive 15 hours of free early years education for 38 weeks of the year. If your child is eligible for a grant this will be deducted from the fees at the time of invoicing.

Find out more about fee concessions and bursaries here.
