On Monday morning, 10th November, our school’s imposing Georgian front entrance was transformed into a sea of poppies in tribute to the servicemen and women who have given their lives in conflicts past and present.

Inspired by the ‘sea of red’ ceramic poppies at the Tower of London, our poppies were handmade by our pupils – every one in the school, from reception to sixth form – and featured on the Eastern Daily Press website and in this week’s Wymondham and Attleborough Mercury.  Families kindly made donations for the poppies, which contributed to the British Legion Poppy Appeal collection at the school.
