Mr and Mrs Crump will set off for Africa tomorrow morning to attend an exhibition in Tunis and to meet up with some of our parents who live and work there.
As a boarding school and international community we are proud to have links with many parts of the world. After making the same trip last year, Mr Crump said ‘Africa is a very dynamic place, with many historic links to the UK. On our visit we learned about the great need throughout the continent for well-educated young men and women to be the business people and administrators of tomorrow and how different countries are striving to meet that need for their citizens. I am proud of the role played by British boarding schools such as our own in enabling many young Africans to receive a first-class education which will continue the strong and mutually beneficial links between Great Britain and countries throughout Africa.’
