HOHS U15s v Taverham High
6 – 12
On Monday 8th October our U15 netball team played against Taverham High. Our girls have been training regularly on Thursday lunchtimes and this was their first match of the season. During the first quarter we played very well with some very consistent shooting from Olivia Freer. Taverham’s attack was strong, but we kept working hard and Emily-Jayne Matthews and Lily Matthews-Cook played well in centre court making some excellent passes into the attacking third. The final score was 12 – 6 to Taverham. Although we lost, the girls enjoyed the competitive game and are looking forward to more matches.
Player of the match: Lily Matthews-Cook.
